Entry #3 - What Could It Be???

Leeloo Thefirst - Pexel Many things could be guessed from an open-ended question like "What could it be?"  Some might imagine something concerning sports, cars, travel, school, or food. But throughout this, you'll have to determine what it could be for yourself, and after reading this, you can look it up to see what you think it is. It could be anything you never know; you might even have It as you read.  After looking at the light blue and white package, It reminds you of something attractive and fresh. It catches your eye, making you want to try out what It is. Its name sounds like what it is but is spelled differently to give its way of showing what's in the tin. Opening this metal container gives a satisfying *pop* and *ting* sound while the contents shuffle around. But while closing, It you hear that nostalgic *click* sound that leaves you with that instinct to look and want to see what It was. These circular disks have an odd but interesting indent in their cent...

Entry #2 - The History Of The Javelin

Every four years, many different sports are held during the Olympics, one of the sections called track and field. The track is 400 meters all the way around. Some short-distance events are the 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m dash, 110m, 100m, and 400m hurdles. They also hold long-distance events like the 1600m(1 mile), 3200m (2 miles), and a mid-range at 800m (1/2 mile). Field events range from jumping or pole vaulting to throwing an implement as far as possible. All the throwing events are discus throw, hammer throw, and shot put, with the last being javelin throw.  (2021 Getty Images) Now, what is the javelin throw? And for women, it can't weigh less than 600mg and measure 2.2-2.3m. The competitors must land the tip of the javelin in a 29-degree sector. While throwing it, you must hold it by the corded grip while taking a run-up before...

Entry #1 - What About a Hobby?

Most people usually have an activity or hobby that they enjoy doing. Some do it because they're bored, and others do it because they want to learn a new skill or enjoy it, whether they are good at it or not. Some popular hobbies are reading a book, doing a puzzle, cooking, running, and the list could go on and on. I enjoy many things as hobbies, like playing video games, paintball or airsoft, working on clocks, and even soccer. But my favorite hobby out of them all is four-wheeling.  By  Luis Valencia  - Pexels People drive vehicles daily, most of the time just to and from work, and some drive ones that are used as a daily driver but can also go off-road. Having a 4x4 truck while traveling on unpaved roads for work is extremely helpful because you can put the car in 2WD when in town but switch to 4WD if you need the extra traction. Four-wheeling is usually referred to when you're in a vehicle with four wheels off-road. Whenever I have time to go out with friends, I typ...

Entry #0 - What About Blogs?

The  first-ever recognized blog  was made by Justin Hall, a Swarthmore college student, in 1994 on Links.net. In the beginning of blogs, they were instead called personal homepages and didn't adopt the name of blogs until 1997, when "weblog" was coined as the new term. ( WebDesignerDepot ) Today, blogs have turned into news articles, celebrity news, lifestyle blogs, and the list could go on and on. Before writing this, I believed writing blogs was only personal and couldn't be anything more, but after researching about it, I've found a couple interesting things. There are many different things when it comes to blogs. Ironically, in this blog, we'll see the various types of blogs, their multiple formats, and the wide range of content they offer. By Pexel: Ravi Kant Most people believe blogs are like personal journals and nothing more, but people write many different blogs. First, what is a blog? In  "What is a blog? Definition, types, benefits and why you...
